What is our return policy?

We offer a return policy of 2 weeks, which you will receive a full refund upon return arrival of your parcel. Shipping costs of return will not be funded by Earth Spirit Gems. We do ask of our customers, to return asap if you are not satisfied with your order. This will result in quicker refund assistance.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, We ship worldwide, if there appears to be an error at the check out. Please send us a Email and we will fix it asap.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

As soon as we have sent out your order, POSTNL sends a email with your parcels details. If you have not received an automatic track and trace email from us or post nl please contact us.

When will my parcel be shipped?

Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Your order will be shipped out within 1-4 business days. During LIVE SALES, longer packing times are expected due to high order quanity. We are a small business, all parcels are packaged with our utmost attention to make sure everything arrives intact, this ask's for more time, than you may be used to when ordering from larger companies. 


If you provided us with an incorrect shipping adress or odd adress without clarification, resulting in a lost parcel, we will not take responsibility for the lost parcel, aspecially if we have contacted the customer for clarification. In this case, your lost parcel will be non refundable.
