What is our return policy within the EU?
We offer a return policy of 2 weeks, which you will receive a full refund upon return arrival of your parcel if we have received it in this 2 week time period. Shipping costs of return will not be funded by Earth Spirit Gems. We do ask of our customers, to return asap if you are not satisfied with your order. This will result in quicker refund assistance.
How to return a parcel:
Contact us about the return, so we know it is coming our way and with an explanation why you are returning it.
Pack you crystals with enough packing material so it cannot be damaged in transit. We ask you kindly to return all the items which are packed with your parcel, including filling packaging. If you use a bigger box, you are responsible for filling the rest of the box with filling to ensure it arrives safely.
if the returned item is damaged upon arrival due to lack of packaging resulting in a broken goods, we cannot refund your returned items. We cannot refund your items if the goods have been broken due to personal use.

What are the return International policy's ?
Earth Spirit Gems does not offer international return policy's at this time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, We ship worldwide, if there appears to be an error at the check out. Please send us a Email and we will fix it asap.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
As soon as we have sent out your order, POSTNL sends a email with your parcels details. If you have not received an automatic track and trace email from us or post nl please contact us.
When will my parcel be shipped?
Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Your order will be shipped out within 1-4 business days. During LIVE SALES & holiday seasons, longer packing times are expected due to high order quantity. We are a small business, all parcels are packaged with our utmost attention to make sure everything arrives intact, this ask's for more time, than you may be used to when ordering from larger companies.
If you provided us with an incorrect shipping adress or odd adress without clarification, resulting in a lost parcel, we will not take responsibility for the lost parcel, aspecially if we have contacted the customer for clarification. In this case, your lost parcel will be non refundable.
Are the pictures in the web-shop, instagram or live sale with or without filter?
Instagram: YES, Our Instagram posts are edited to match the aesthetics of our branding and therefor will never be used as web-shop sales pictures to eliminate false advertisement resulting in faulty sales.
Web-shop: NO, our web-shop backgrounds are edited to accomplish a brighter background, without altering the product in the web-shop picture.
Live Sales: NO, Our live sales offer you the best preview and the most accurate presentation of our products, as we will never make use of altering filters or effects. Lighting does play a big role in the coloration of the crystal. Due to seasonal changes, our live sales can be during the day or during the evening, which changes each live sales lighting from natural lighting to synthetic lighting. During our live sales, we use the most natural ring light possible.
